摘　　要：职业疲劳是由于身体过度劳累、长期情绪紧张或缺乏睡眠而导致机体自主活动能力下降的状态。由于工作性质与环境的特殊性,手术室护士是职业疲劳的高发群体,不仅降低工作效率及应急反应能力,影响手术患者生命安全,而且影响自身身心健康,导致缺勤率及离职倾向上升。我们综述了国内外关于手术室护士职业疲劳的影响因素、测评工具及应对策略的研究现状,为探索手术室护士职业疲劳管理策略提供参考依据。Occupational fatigue is a state in which the body’s ability of autonomous activity decreases due to overwork,long-term emotional tension or lack of sleep. Due to the particularity of work nature and environment,operating room nurses are a high incidence group of occupational fatigue,which not only reduces work efficiency and emergency response ability,affects the life safety of patients,but also affects their own physical and mental health,resulting in the increase of absence rate and turnover intention. We review the research status of influencing factors,evaluation tools and coping strategies of occupational fatigue of operating room nurses at home and abroad,so as to provide theoretical support and scientific basis for exploring the management strategies of occupational fatigue of operating room nurses.
