摘 要:采用溶剂挥发法并在成膜过程中引入外加磁场,借助磁场诱导作用促使Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性粒子向膜表面迁移,构建具有非均质结构的聚醚嵌段聚酰胺(PEBA)磁性膜,并对膜结构和氧氮分离性能进行研究。结果表明,磁场诱导迁移使磁性粒子在膜表面富集形成非均质结构;与均质磁性膜(i-PEBA/Fe_(3)O_(4))相比,非均质磁性膜(ani-PEBA/Fe_(3)O_(4))的饱和磁化强度提高了53%,表现出更高的磁响应性;当Fe_(3)O_(4)质量分数为10%时,非均质磁性膜的O_(2)渗透系数为36.84 Barrer, O_(2)/N_(2)理想选择性为4.55,具有良好的氧氮分离性能。Polyether block polyamide(PEBA) magnetic membranes with an anisotropic structure are constructed through the solvent evaporation process under an external magnetic field, by which Fe_(3)O_(4)magnetic particles in the membranes concentrates near the membrane surface.The relationship between the structure and O_(2)/N_(2)separation performance of membrane is studied.It is indicated that magnetic field induced migration makes magnetic particles accumulate on the membrane surface to form heterogeneous structure;the saturation magnetization of anisotropic magnetic membrane(ani-PEBA/Fe_(3)O_(4)) is 53% higher than that of isotropic magnetic membrane(i-PEBA/Fe_(3)O_(4)),showing a higher magnetic responsiveness.As Fe_(3)O_(4)content is 10 wt%,the anisotropic magnetic membrane exhibits a superior O_(2)/N_(2)separation performance, with an O_(2)permeability coefficient of 36.84 Barrer and an ideal O_(2)/N_(2)selectivity of 4.55.
