摘 要:为探索纳滤-反渗透集成膜技术在工业高盐废水中的脱盐分质效果,以天津市南港工业园某企业产生的高盐废水为原水进行一系列试验,重点考察了集成膜对废水中1价和2价阴阳离子的截留率。结果表明,纳滤-反渗透集成膜工艺对高盐废水的脱盐率具有显著效果,其中纳滤膜对SO^(2-)_(4)的截留率高达99.02%,对Cl^(-1)会出现负截留现象,从而使Na_(2)SO_(4)和NaCl得到有效分离,而反渗透膜则主要脱除Na Cl,对Cl^(-1)的截留率达到95%以上。此外,纳滤-反渗透集成膜技术对废水中色度、COD等常规污染物也具有良好的去除效果。In order to explore the desalination and separation effects of nanofiltration-reverse osmosis integrated membrane technology in industrial high-salinity wastewater, a series of experiments are conducted with high-salinity wastewater generated by an enterprise in Nangang Industrial Park in Tianjin, China as wastewater samples, focusing on the rejection of monovalent and divalent anions and cations in wastewater by the integrated membranes.It is shown that the nanofiltration-reverse osmosis integrated membrane process has a significant effect on the desalination rate of high-salinity wastewater.The nanofiltration membrane shows a retention rate of as high as 99.02% for SO^(2-)_(4) and gives a negative rejection for Cl^(-1),so that Na_(2)SO_(4) and NaCl can be effectively separated.The reverse osmosis membrane mainly removes NaCl, exhibiting a retention rate over 95% for Cl^(-1).In addition, the nanofiltration-reverse osmosis integrated membrane technology also presents a good removal effect on the chroma, COD and other conventional pollutants in wastewater.
