摘  要:针对海洋原油高氮高芳的特点,开发了新型TH系列高氮焦化馏分油加氢催化剂,并在中海石油舟山石化有限公司170万t/a焦化馏分油加氢裂化装置上成功实现TH全系列加氢催化剂的整体工业应用。应用结果表明,TH系列加氢催化剂对高氮焦化馏分油处理效果良好,具有优异的加氢稳定性、加氢裂化选择性和超深度脱硫脱氮活性,加氢柴油产品满足国Ⅵ清洁柴油质量标准,预加氢石脑油产品是优质的重整原料,满足炼厂劣质馏分油加氢转化生产清洁燃料和优质化工原料的需求。In the light of the high nitrogen and aromatics contents characteristics of sea crude oil, TH series of hydrogenation catalysts for the coking distillates with high nitrogen content are developed, and applied successfully in the 1.7 million t/a coking distillate hydrogenation unit of CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The industrial application results show that TH series of hydrogenation catalysts present good effects in treating with the coking distillates with high nitrogen content, showing excellent hydrogenation stability, high hydrocracking selectivity and good activity in ultra-deeply desulfurization and denitrification.The quality of hydrofining diesel oil meets China’s National VI standard for clean diesel.High quality catalytic reformer feedstocks can be obtained, which meets refinery’s demand in producing clean fuels and high-quality chemical feedstocks through hydrogeneration of inferior distillates.
