摘　　要：压力容器装置液氨球罐在全面检验过程中发现AG焊缝存在埋藏裂纹缺陷,依据GB/T19624-2004并借助ALOF失效分析软件对该缺陷进行安全评定,对存在的缺陷进行修复,确保球罐安全运行。During the overall inspection of liquid ammonia spherical tank of pressure vessel,it was found that there was a buried crack in the AG weld.According to GB/T 19624-2004 and with the aid of ALOF failure analysis software,the defect was assessed for safety,and the defect was repaired to ensure the safe operation of the spherical tank.
