公共租赁住房户型精细化设计探讨——以郭公庄一期公共租赁住房为例

摘　　要：本文从郭公庄公共租赁住房(以下简称:公租房)实际案例入手,通过对已投入使用的远洋沁山水、燕保•京原家园两个公租房项目的问卷调查、实地访谈等,采用建筑策划方法归纳总结了户型精细化设计的需求及优化方向,并依据调研成果对项目户型进行优化,使户型设计更好地满足公租房租住人群的居住体验,更符合实际使用者的需求。Starting with the actual case of Guogongzhuang public rental housing,this paper summarizes the demand and optimization direction of refinement of apartment layout design through questionnaire survey,field interview and other architectural planning methods based on two public rental housing projects of Yuanyang Qinshanshui and Yanbao Jingyuan,and optimizes the apartment layout of the project according to the research results,so that the apartment layout design of the project can better meet the living needs of end-users of public rental housing.
