摘　　要：全自动家用太阳能热水系统检测设备是对太阳能热水器热性能试验结果进行评估的试验装置,其主要性能参数有温度、风速、流量和辐照度。通过对全自动家用太阳能热水系统检测装置结构的分析得知,单一计量某个性能指标无法对设备进行综合有效的校准。本文结合相关标准对设备的计量特性要求,明确校准环境、校准项目,制定校准方法,给出校准结果的表达方式和现状分析,并对结构复杂且涉及多参数设备的计量给予建议。The full-automatic household solar water heater system test equipment is a test device to evaluate the thermal performance test results of solar water heater.Its main performance parameters are temperature,wind speed,flow and irradiance.Through the analysis of the structure of the detection device,it is known that a single measurement performance index can’t comprehensively and effectively calibrate the equipment.In this paper,combined with the requirements of relevant standards for measuring characteristics of equipment,the expression of calibration results and the current situation analysis are given.For the measurement of complex structure and multi parameter equipment,suggestions are put forward.
