摘  要:针对生产过程中掺粉煤灰混凝土浮灰问题,选取不同来源的9种粉煤灰,对比研究其基本性质、理化特性(包括XRF、XRD和SEM)及对混凝土基本性能的影响。结果发现,粉煤灰中玻璃体的含量及其粒度分布是判断品质优劣的重要依据。粉煤灰中是否含有较多大颗粒且粒度分配合理直接影响混凝土的工作性。粉煤灰的28d活性指数(66%~79%)对混凝土强度无直接影响。结合试验数据,评判了9种粉煤灰的优劣,并给出是否可用的建议。Aiming at the problem of floating ash in the production process of concrete mixed with fly ash,nine kinds of fly ash from different sources are selected,and their basic properties,physical and chemical properties(including XRF,XRD and SEM)and their effects on the basic properties of concrete are compared and studied.The results show that the content of vitreous in fly ash and its particle size distribution are the important basis to judge the quality.The workability of concrete is directly affected by whether there are many large particles in fly ash and the particle size distribution is reasonable.The 28d activity index of fly ash(66%~79%)has no direct effect on the strength of concrete.Combined with the test data,the advantages and disadvantages of nine kinds of fly ash are evaluated,and the suggestions on whether they can be used are given.
