摘 要:针对现有技术中评估水电站经济运行状况存在的技术不足,提出新型的考核评估方法。该方法通过对水电站发电情况以及水电站水库耗能情况进行分析,从整体上衡量水电站在发电过程中的能量变差,及时、有效地评估在各种因素下,影响水电站发电的功耗分析。并构建出最小能耗数学模型,实现不同情况下水电站的能耗分析。在构建最小能耗数学模型时,同步考虑了影响最小能耗数学模型计算的约束条件。试验表明,本研究的方法误差低,适用范围广。Aiming at the technical deficiencies assessed the economic operation of hydropower stations in the existing technologies,a new assessment method was proposed.This method analyzed the power generation situation of hydropower stations and the energy consumption of hydropower stations and reservoirs,and the energy deterioration of hydropower stations was measured as a whole during the power generation process,and the power consumption analysis of the power generation of hydropower stations under various factors was timely and effectively evaluated.And the minimum energy consumption mathematical model was constructed to realize the energy consumption analysis of hydropower stations under different conditions.When the minimum energy consumption mathematical model was constructed,the constraints that affect the calculation of the minimum energy consumption mathematical model were simultaneously considered.Experiments show that the method has low error and wide application range.
