摘  要:研究了射极跟随器的直流通路,提出了一种故障分析方法,能更加有效地设置合适的静态工作点;同时深入研究了射极跟随器的交流电路中,它的电压放大倍数、输入电阻、输出电阻三大动态性能指标,通过实验,有效地地说明了射极跟随器输出电压的跟随性能、及输入电阻大、输出电阻小的特性,是一种广泛使用的电路。This paper expounds the DC path of emitter follower in detail and proposes a fault analysis method, which can more effectively set the appropriate the quiescent point.At the same time, the three dynamic performance indexes of the emitter follower’s AC circuit, which are voltage amplification factor, input resistance and output resistance, are deeply studied.Through experiments, the following performance of the emitter follower’s output voltage, the characteristics of large input resistance and small output resistance are effectively illustrated, which proves that it is a widely used circuit.
