摘　　要：文章通过对企业知识产权质押融资的现状进行分析,细化科技型中小企业知识产权质押及转让融资存在的多种风险,并指出目前融资行为中存在的问题,应用工业工程中FMEA方法,构建了从科技型中小企业自身角度展开的基于模糊评价法和FMEA法的知识产权质押融资风险识别的量化方法,帮助企业建立风险预警,从源头把控风险。By analyzing the current situation of enterprise intellectual property pledge financing,this paper refines various risks existing in intellectual property pledge and transfer financing of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises,points out the problems existing in current financing behaviors,and applies FMEA method in industrial engineering to construct a quantitative method for identifying the financing risk of intellectual property pledge based on fuzzy evaluation method and FMEA method from the perspective of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises,so as to help enterprises establish risk early warning and control the risk from the source.
