摘 要:为解决U型通风上隅角瓦斯治理难题,以山西三元煤业股份有限公司下霍煤矿2303回采工作面为原型,基于回采工作面相似模拟试验与瓦斯运移分布数值模拟试验取得的相关结论,采用其中工作面来压步距与上隅角瓦斯运移特征的相关数据,设计选用采空区T形头装置埋单管与远控插板装置埋双管进行对比实验,分析不同埋管装置与布置方式对治理上隅角瓦斯的实际效果。结果表明:通过增加抽采量,可减少采空区涌入到工作面的瓦斯量,达到治理上隅角瓦斯的效果;在深部抽采口正常抽采的情况下,新埋入的抽采口必须埋入采空区3 m以上再开启,方可避免上隅角瓦斯体积分数升高;远控插板装置埋双管相比T形头装置埋单管优势明显,可显著提高采空区瓦斯的抽采效果,为解决上隅角瓦斯治理难题提供了新的思路。In order to solve the problem of gas control in the upper corner of U-shaped ventilation,taking 2303 mining face of Xiahuo Coal Mine of Shanxi Sanyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the prototype,based on the relevant conclusions obtained from the similarity simulation test of mining face and the numerical simulation test of gas migration and distribution,this paper used the relevant data of the pressure step of the working face and the gas migration characteristics of the upper corner,designed and selected the single pipe buried by the T-shaped head device in the goaf and the double pipe buried by the remote control inserting plate device for comparative experiments,and analyzed the actual effects of different buried pipe devices and layout methods on the treatment of gas in the upper corner.The results show that the amount of gas flowing into the working face in the goaf can be reduced by increasing the extraction volume,and the effect of controlling the gas in the upper corner can be achieved;under the condition of normal extraction at the deep extraction opening,the newly buried extraction opening must be buried more than 3 m in the goaf and then opened to avoid the increase of gas volume fraction in the upper corner;compared with the single pipe of T-shaped head device,the buried double pipe of remote control plug plate device has obvious advantages,which can significantly improve the gas drainage effect in goaf,and provide a new idea for solving the problem of gas control in the upper corner.
