摘 要:火电厂热工保护系统出现误动、拒动等故障的原因主要集中在应急制动机制设计较为复杂、自动化控制程序算法出现逻辑性故障等方面。为提高火电厂热工保护系统常见故障防控水平,提出了加强自动化程序控制系统设计的严谨性、尽量采用冗余设计、选择技术成熟度较高及可靠性较强的热控原件等措施。The causes of malfunctions and refusal of operation of thermal protection systems in thermal power plants are mainly concentrated in the complicated design of emergency braking mechanism and logical failures of automatic control program algori-thms.In order to improve the level of prevention and control of common faults in the thermal protection system of thermal power plants,this paper proposed measures such as strengthening the rigor of the design of the automation program control system,using redundant design as much as possible and selecting thermal control components with high technical maturity and strong reliability.
