摘　　要：文章提出一种基于层次变权未确知理论的沥青路面预防性养护(简称“预养护”)评价模型;该模型综合考虑路面性能、技术性评估、经济性评估3个方面,包括路面车辙状况、公路等级、成本效益等9个路面评价指标;通过实例验证了模型的实用性和有效性。模型首先根据实际调查数据建立各评价指标的单指标未确知测度函数,在层次分析法确定的权重基础上,通过变权理论对相应指标权重进行惩罚或激励,然后根据未确知测度大小及置信度识别准则,确定各路面预养护评价等级和评价顺序。研究结果表明,该评价模型能够对沥青路面预养护作出客观有效的评价,从而达到延长路面使用寿命、增加路面经济效益的目的。This paper proposes an asphalt pavement preventive maintenance evaluation model based on hierarchical variable weight unascertained theory,comprehensively considers three aspects of pavement performance,technical evaluation and economic evaluation,and establishes nine pavement evaluation indexes,such as pavement rutting condition,highway grade,cost-benefit and so on.The practicability and effectiveness of the model are verified by an example.Firstly,according to the actual survey data,the unascertained measure function of each evaluation index is established.Based on the weight determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),variable weight theory is used to punish or encourage the corresponding index weight,so as to avoid the state imbalance caused by the single constant weight evaluation.Then the evaluation grade and sequence of pavement preventive maintenance are determined according to the unascertained measure size and confidence identification criteria.The research shows that the evaluation model can make an objective and effective evaluation on the preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement,so as to extend the service life of pavement and increase the economic benefits of pavement.
