摘  要:碾压混凝土坝施工的主要特点为高效、快速、连续上升,在高海拔峡谷地区河谷较深、地形狭窄,坝体上部结构复杂,常态混凝土与碾压混凝土在施工过程中往往穿插进行,大型施工设备及施工临建设施布置等均存在较大困难。通过对DG水电站大坝的临建设施优化、施工道路布置优化、施工机械设备配置优化以及大坝材料分区优化,保证了大坝施工质量,虽成本有所增加,但减小了干扰,加快了大坝施工进度。The main advantages of the roller compacted concrete dam construction are high efficiency,fast speed and continuous placing.While for the projects in the high altitude and canyon areas,various issues such as the deep valley,narrow site,complex structure of the upper dam body,and the alternate construction processes of the normal concrete and the roller compacted concrete lead to great difficulties in the arrangement of large construction equipment and temporary facilities.In DG Hydropower Station project,optimization work is carried out on the temporary facility arrangement,construction road layout,construction mechanical equipment selection,and material zoning of the dam body.Although the cost is increased,the construction quality of the dam is guaranteed and the construction progress is accelerated with less interference.
