摘  要:为尽可能充分利用劣质煤,进行炉膛混煤燃烧,并降低掺混燃烧过程中烟气污染物排放,进行了混煤燃烧中NO_(x)的析出规律研究。基于300 MW燃煤电厂锅炉机组,通过对现场大量运行数据及相应煤质分析,研究混煤中的水分、挥发分及灰分对炉膛出口NO_(x)排放影响。研究发现,混煤在燃烧时水分和挥发分与NO_(x)排放量均呈现一定的负相关性,灰分与NO_(x)排放量呈现一定的正相关性,氧量变化将加剧其对NO_(x)排放的影响。In order to make full use of inferior coal,carry out mixed coal combustion in furnace,and reduce the emission of flue gas pollutants in the process of mixed coal combustion,the release law of NO_(x) in mixed coal combustion was studied.Based on the 300 MW Coal-fired power plant boiler unit,through a large number of field operation data and corresponding coal quality analysis,the influence of moisture,volatile and ash in mixed coal on NO_(x) emission at furnace outlet was studied.It is found that the water content and volatile matter have a negative correlation with NO_(x) emission,while the ash content has a positive correlation with NO_(x) emission.The change of oxygen content will aggravate its impact on NO_(x) emission.
