摘  要:随着新能源的大规模接入,电力系统次同步振荡呈现新的形态,其产生机理、振荡特征、抑制措施等问题亟待解决。本文从新疆地区风电并网引发系统振荡,并进一步导致火电机组跳机的事件出发,分析了本次事故中次同步振荡的特征,系统性振荡和频率时变性。基于此,从火电机组侧投资较小的抑制措施,附加励磁控制设备入手,对控制参数进行了优化,设计了宽频滤波以及动态增益调节。最后,通过现场试验,验证了优化后的抑制效果。With the large-scale access of new energy,the sub-synchronous oscillation of power system takes on a new form,and some problems,such as generation mechanism,oscillation feature,suppression measures,need to be solved urgently.This paper,from the system oscillation triggered by wind power connection in Xinjiang and further lead to the incident of thermal power unit jumping,analyzes the new oscillation characteristics performed in this accident,systematic oscillation and frequency time variation.Based on these new characteristics,the control parameters of SEDC are optimized,which is a low-cost sub-synchronous suppression measure on thermal power unit side.The wideband filtering and dynamic gain control are designed.Finally,the suppression effects are verified by filed test.
