摘 要:为消除某台新建汽轮机在单阀状态下出现的汽流激振问题,采用受力分析法,对该机组在顺序阀状态下产生的汽流力进行研究。因轴承温度不高,故采用顺序阀从上部两个阀门进汽,产生汽流力把轴颈往下压,减小轴承油膜厚度,增加轴瓦对轴颈约束力,成功把轴振和轴承温度都控制在优秀值以内。计算了高压缸效率变化1%对热耗和供电煤耗的影响,对比了单阀和顺序阀状态下运行时的经济性差别,该机组从168 h试运期间被迫投运顺序阀,运行四年后未发现异常,证明该措施兼顾了机组的安全性和经济性。为解决新建机组在168 h试运前单阀状态下出现的汽流激振问题提供重要参考。In order to eliminate the steam flow excited vibration fault of a new steam turbine under single valve,the force analysis method was adopted,and the steam flow force of the unit under the condition of sequence valve is studied.Because the bearing temperature was not high,the sequence valve was used to feed steam from the upper two valves,then generated steam flow force and pressed down the bearing neck,and reduced bearing oil film thickness,increased the binding force of bearing bush on Journal,whose control shaft vibration and bearing temperature are within excellent value successfully.The influence of 1%change of high pressure cylinder efficiency on heat rate and power consumption of coal were calculated,and economic difference between single valve and sequence valve were compared.The sequence valve of the unit was forced to put into operation since the 168 hours test run,with no abnormality found after four years of operation.It is proved this measure can take both safety and economy of the unit into consideration.It provides an important reference to solve steam-excited vibration of new units under the condition of single valve before the 168 hours.
