摘  要:为了确定染料敏化太阳能电池阻挡层的制备工艺和性能差异对电池性能的影响,以钛酸四丁酯为钛源、以二乙醇胺为螯合剂配制钛溶胶制备阻挡层,比较了钛溶胶的溶剂、浓度及阻挡层制备方式对电池性能的影响。结果表明,阻挡层的存在可以有效连接多孔层和集流体,减少副反应;以乙醇为溶剂的钛醇溶胶制备得到的阻挡层比水溶胶的更致密,效果更好;钛醇溶胶的浓度和旋涂速率也会对阻挡层的性能有影响,0.3 mol·L^(-1)的钛醇溶胶以2000 r·min^(-1)的转速在FTO基底上旋转涂覆30 s后制得的阻挡层可以使电池具有更高的转换效率。To determine the influence of preparation process and performance difference of the barrier layer on the performance of the dye sensitized solar cells(DSSC),the barrier layer was prepared by the titanium sol with tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and diethanolamine as chelating agent,and the effects of solvent,concentration of titanium sol and preparation method of barrier layer on the performance of the battery were compared.The results showed that the existence of the barrier layer can effectively connect the porous layer and the collector,and reduce the dark current.The barrier layer prepared by alcosol was better than that of the hydrosol.The conversion efficiencies of the DSSCs based on the barrier layer prepared by screen printing of 0.3 mol·L^(-1) alcohol titanium sol for 30 s at the speed of 2000 r/min would be higher than others.
