摘 要:从遮光损失和电阻损失方面入手,对太阳能电池正面电极图形的优化设计进行理论分析,建立了函数模型及进行了应用验证。在遮光损失方面,从主栅线和副栅线的面积入手进行遮光功率损失的推导;在电阻造成功率损失方面,从栅线电极电阻、发射极电阻和接触电阻损失分别进行理论计算,最后综合遮光损失得到前电极结构优化设计的函数模型。结合现有技术现状,对函数模型的变量因素进行了分析,指出主栅的数量、副栅数量及其栅线电极的高宽比是前电极影响太阳能电池转换效率的主要参数。以3主栅的电池为基础,以电池转换效率为评估参数进行了模拟计算和和应用验证。结果表明,实验结果与理论计算值基本相符。The optimized design of front electrode pattern is simulated theoretically and the function model is established from the aspects of shading loss and resistance loss.In terms of shading loss,the shading power loss is calculated based on the areas of the busbar and finger electrodes.In terms of power loss caused by resistance,theoretical simulation is made from the losses of finger electrode resistance,emitter resistance and contact resistance,respectively.A functional model for optimal design of front electrode pattern is obtained by integrating shading loss and resistance loss.The variable factors of the function model are analyzed,showing that the numbers of busbar and finger as well as the ratio of height to width of finger electrode are the main parameters that affect the conversion efficiency of crystalline silicon solar cells.Based on the solar cell with three busbars,the simulation and application are carried out with the conversion efficiency as the evaluation parameter.The experimental results are basically in accordance with theoretical calculation values.
