摘  要:为研究预应力预制拼装式桥墩的地震损伤性能,首先基于拟静力试验数据,分析预应力预制拼装式桥墩在水平往复循环荷载作用下的损伤发展过程及破坏特征,阐明其地震损伤机制;然后采用损伤材料本构关系,建立基于材料损伤与刚度退化的损伤模型,对3个试验桥墩进行损伤评估;最后通过与构件层次的刚度退化模型、拟静力试验结果的对比,验证所提出的基于材料应变的预制拼装式桥墩损伤评估方法的准确性和适用性。结果表明:预应力预制拼装式桥墩的地震破坏主要有三种形式——墩底接缝混凝土受压破坏,接缝剪切错动破坏以及耗能筋屈曲、断裂;提出的基于材料应变与刚度退化的损伤评估方法不但能准确评估整体式墩柱的损伤,而且能合理反映节段构造型式与预应力筋对墩柱损伤的影响,还可准确评价预制拼装式墩柱的损伤演化趋势。In order to study the seismic damage performance of prestressed precast segmental(PPS)piers,firstly,based on the pseudo static test data,the damage evolution process and failure characteristics of PPS piers under cyclic horizontal loads were analyzed,and seismic damage mechanism of PPS piers was clarified.Then a damage assessment model based on damage of materials and degradation of stiffness was established by using the constitutive relation of damaged materials,to evaluate the damage of three test piers.Finally,the accuracy and applicability of the damage assessment method based on material strain for the PPS piers were verified by comparing with the results of stiffness degradation model at the component level and those of quasi-static tests.The results show that the seismic failure of PPS piers presents mainly three types:the compression failure of the joint concrete at the bottom of piers,the buckling or fracture of the energy dissipating reinforcement bars and the shear failure of the joints.The proposed damage assessment method based on damage of materials and degradation of stiffness for PPS piers can accurately assess the damage of integral piers,reasonably reflect the influence of prestressed tendons and segmental details on the damage of piers,and accurately evaluate the damage evolution trend of PPS piers.
