摘 要:为了适应塑料包装行业的发展趋势,本研究研制了一种吸塑生产线的合模机构,旨在优化塑料包装制品的加工成型工艺,提高产品的生产效率。基于现有吸塑生产线热成型加工工艺发展的现状,结合吸塑生产线不同类型合模机构的特性、合模机构的工作运行特点以及特定的加工需求,分别进行了机构的选择及合模机构组件的设计。企业生产实践表明:设计制造的吸塑生产线合模机构,在生产中运行良好,自动化程度高,工人劳动强度降低,极大提高了生产效率,为企业解决了难题。In this study,the process of the clamping mechanism for blister production line was researched.Based on the investigation and research on the current thermoforming process of plastic products,considering the characteristic of different types of clamping mechanism and specific processing requirements,a kind of clamping mechanism for blister production line was designed with choosing the proper mechanism and designing the modular of clamping mechanism.The production practice result showed that the clamping mechanism not only can run well with high level of automation,but also reduce the labor strength of workers.Meanwhile,this mechanism can enhance productivity,which meet the requirement of enterprises.
