基于660 MW汽轮发电机定子绝缘低的试验研究

摘　　要：发电机定子绝缘好坏关乎发电机寿命,发电机定子绝缘偏低的影响因素主要有定子冷却水水质、汇水管绝缘、发电机内部受潮、封闭母线干燥度等。测量发电机定子绝缘是各发电企业停机期间和启机前的一项重要工作,通常以吸收比(即同一次试验中所测设备R60s与R15s的比值)来判断发电机定子绝缘状况。基于某2×660MW燃煤电厂停机期间1#、2#汽轮发电机定子绝缘偏低的现象,通过两组试验对比研究,分析得出,通过发电机机端、励端汇水管排污门降低定子冷却水箱液位100 mm左右,对发电机定子绝缘有一定影响;在相同条件下,不同时间段测量发电机定子绝缘值存在差异,对于出现类似情况的发电企业,可结合本单位实际情况,参考文献中所述方案及方法,已期许停机期间或启机前发电机定子绝缘达到合格标准。The quality of generator stator insulation is related to the life of generator. The main factors that affect the low insulation of generator stator are the quality of stator cooling water,the insulation of manifold,the damp inside generator and the dryness of enclosed busbar. Measuring the insulation of generator stator is an important work in every power plant during the period of shutdown and before starting up. The insulation condition of generator stator is usually judged by the absorption ratio(the ratio of R60 s to R15 s of the equipment measured in the same test). Based on the phenomenon that the stator insulation of #1 and #2 turbo-generators is on the low side during the shutdown period of a2 660 MW coal-fired power plant,two sets of tests were carried out to compare the results,the results show that the level of stator cooling water tank is reduced by about 100 mm through the drain gate of the sink pipe at the generator end and the excitation end,which has some influence on the insulation of the generator stator,the insulation value of the generator stator is different in different time period. For the power generation enterprise in similar situation,the scheme and method mentioned in the article can be referred to in combination with the actual situation of the unit,the generator stator insulation is expected to be up to standard during downtime or prior to startup.
