摘 要:目前,煤粉炉内燃烧所提供的氧量大部分来自二次风供给。经长期实践表明,二次风供给量将直接影响炉膛内部燃烧工况。机组正常运行中,如果二次风量不足,可能直接影响炉内煤粉燃烧充分性,将导致锅炉飞灰可燃物含碳量偏高;如果二次风量过大又会影响辅机电耗,同样影响锅炉效率。文中对某300 MW机组二次风配风方式进行了现场优化调整试验,确定了不同负荷工况下的最优的二次风配风方式,可以有效降低飞灰可燃物损失,提高锅炉经济性。At present,most of the oxygen provided by combustion in pulverized coal boiler is supplied by secondary air. The long-term practice shows that the supply of secondary air will directly affect the combustion conditions in the furnace. During the normal operation of the unit,if the secondary air volume is insufficient,it may directly affect the sufficiency of pulverized coal combustion in the boiler,resulting in the high carbon content of combustibles in boiler fly ash. If the secondary air volume is too large,it will affect the power consumption of auxiliary equipment and boiler efficiency. In this paper,the field optimization and adjustment test of secondary air distribution mode of a 300 MW unit is carried out,and the optimal secondary air distribution mode under different load conditions is determined,which can effectively reduce the loss of fly ash combustibles and improve the economy of the boiler.
