摘  要:职业精神是护理人员必须具备的职业素质,是提升职业技能的基础,护理实训教学是高职护理教育教学体系中的重要组成部分,是培养护生临床实践能力的重要手段。本研究尝试分析在护理实训教学改革中融合培养职业精神与职业技能的必要性,并在实际教学中,将职业精神和职业技能融合培养,帮助护生在护理实训实践过程中进一步实现职业精神的内化与职业技能的提升。The professional spirit is the professional quality that nurses must possess and the basis of improving professional skills.Nursing practice teaching is an important part of the teaching system of higher vocational nursing education,and it is an important means to cultivate the clinical practice ability of nursing students.This study attempts to analyze the professional spirit and professional skills in thethe teaching reform of nursing training,and to integrate the professional spirit and professional skills in the actual teaching.To help nursing students to further realize the internalization of professional spirit and the improvement of professional skills in the process of nursing training.
