摘 要:固定式平台的隔水套管从导管架一直连接到组块上,隔水套管的运动和组块是不同步的,不合适的连接结构会造成组块结构和隔水套管结构的损坏,甚至带来严重后果。结合隔水套管与上部组块连接在实际平台中的应用,采用工字梁的类铰接形式和套筒楔块形式的连接设计,并使用海洋工程专用软件SACS进行模拟计算,使连接设计采取的措施和计算结果能够匹配,保证了隔水套管和组块结构的强度均满足要求。可为以后类似项目的设计提供参考。Conductors extend from jacket to topside on a fixed platform.The motion of conductors don't synchronize with topside.Unsuitable connection structure can damage the structure of topside and conductors of the platform and cause serious consequence.Combined with the practical application of the connection structure between conductors and topside in a certain fixed platform,the hinged H beam support and wedge sleeve were designed for the connection.The offshore engineering software SACS was also used for simulation and calculation in order to match the structure connection design.The structural strengths of conductors and topside meet requirements.This experience should be referenced for design of similar project in the future.
