中青年甲状腺癌患者自我表露行为现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查中青年甲状腺癌患者自我表露行为现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选取172例中青年甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,采用患者一般资料调查表、中文版痛苦自我表露指数量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表及家庭关怀度指数问卷进行调查,分析患者自我表露行为的影响因素。结果患者中文版痛苦自我表露指数量表得分为(37.59±9.02)分,汉密尔顿抑郁量表得分为(12.03±5.47)分,家庭关怀度指数问卷得分为(6.41±2.38)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,患者文化程度、自我感觉经济状况、家庭功能及抑郁程度是中青年甲状腺癌患者自我表露的影响因素。结论中青年甲状腺癌患者自我表露行为处于中等水平,受患者文化程度、自我感觉经济状况、家庭功能及抑郁程度等因素影响。Objective To investigate the present status on self-disclosure behavior of young and middle-aged patients with thyroid cancer and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 172 young and middle-aged patients with thyroid cancer by convenient sampling.Investigate them by general information questionnaire,Distress Disclosure Index(DDI),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Family APGAR.Analyze the influencing factors of self-disclosure behavior.Result Score on DDI is(37.59±9.02),score on HAMD is(12.03±5.47)and score on Family APGAR is(6.41±2.38).Multiple linear regression analysis shows that patients’education level,self-perceived economic status,family function and depression level are influencing factors of self-disclosure behavior for young and middle-aged patients with thyroid cancer.Conclusion Self-disclosure behavior for young and middle-aged patients with thyroid cancer is in medium level,which is influenced by education level,self-perceived economic status,family function and depression level.
