摘 要:金刚石钎涂是材料表面修形提性的重要技术手段,由于金刚石的超硬特性使得钎涂涂层中金刚石与钎料的性能难以匹配.在镍基钎料中加入铝微粉,研究Al对涂层组织及耐磨性的影响.结果表明,Al的添加降低了金刚石钎涂层孔隙率,同时钎涂过程中在基体内原位生成Al_(2)O_(3)相,提高了金刚石钎涂层的耐磨性.阐明了Al脱氧消减气孔及其脱氧产物Al_(2)O_(3)作为原位生成硬质相增强涂层硬度及耐磨性的机制.进一步揭示了原位生成Al_(2)O_(3)可细化、强化钎料组织,优化涂层形态、增加涂层厚度的机理.明确了感应钎涂中活性微粉的脱氧作用和原位生成氧化物陶瓷的耐磨作用.Braze coating of diamond is an important technical method to improve the surface morphology and properties of materials.Due to the superhard characteristics of diamond,it is difficult to match the properties between diamond and brazing filler metal in braze coated layers.Effect of aluminum powder to nickel-based filler metals on microstructures and wear resistance of induction brazed diamond coating in the atmospheric environment was studied.The results showed that,addition of aluminum can reduce the porosity of the coating and improve its wear resistance due to in-situ formed Al_(2)O_(3) phases.The deoxidation effect of active aluminum powder in induction braze coating and the wear resistance of in-situ oxide ceramics have been found in this paper.Al_(2)O_(3) can also refine the microstructure of the brazing filler metals,modify the coating morphology and increase the coating thickness.In addition,it is clarified that the mechanisms of deoxidation of aluminum powder to reduce pores and the enhancement of Al_(2)O_(3) hard phase to increase hardness and wear resistance.
