摘　　要：血管老化是冠心病、卒中及高血压等心脑血管疾病的病理基础,影响多种疾病的发生发展及预后,早期识别血管老化对筛选、预防及治疗相关疾病、判断预后和减少疾病负担有着重要意义。但目前临床上大多是根据血管壁的物理性质(如硬度、弹性)来评估血管老化程度,评价方式较单一,且缺乏特异性的生物学标志物。因此,丰富临床检测手段,深入研究血管老化的发生发展机制,寻找新型诊断生物标志物是未来的研究方向。本文就目前评价血管老化方法的现状及新进展作一综述。Vascular aging is the pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease,stroke and hypertension,which affects the occurrence,development and prognosis of a variety of diseases.Early identification of vascular aging is of great significance for screening,prevention and treatment of related diseases,judgment of prognosis and reduction of disease burden.But now in clinic it is mostly based on the physical properties of the blood vessel walls(such as hardness,elastic)to evaluate the aging condition of blood vessel,which evaluation way is single and lack of specific biological markers,therefore,it is the future research direction to enrich clinical detection methods,deeply study the occurrence and development mechanism of vascular aging,and search for new diagnostic biomarkers.Therefore,this paper summarized the current situation and new progress of evaluation methods of vascular aging.
