响应曲面法富马松香合成工艺研究

摘  要:以松香和富马酸为原材料,通过异构化反应合成了富马松香。采用单因素实验,确定了适宜的合成工艺条件为:反应时间2 h、反应温度200℃、m(富马酸)∶m(松香)为6∶20。在此基础上,利用响应曲面法优化出富马松香优化合成工艺条件为:反应时间2.16 h、反应温度189.7℃、m(富马酸)∶m(松香)为2.9∶10,富马松香酸值为296.45 mg/g;建立了合成产物酸值对主要工艺因素的数学模型,模型预测优化条件下富马松香酸值为291 mg/g,与实测值吻合。Fumarole rosin was synthetized through isomerization reaction from rosin and fumaric acid. The suitable synthetic technology conditions were obtained by single factor experiments as follows: reaction time: 2 h, reaction temperature: 200 ℃ and m(fumarole acid)∶m(rosin)=6∶20. According to the results mentioned above, the optimized synthetic technology conditions were obtained by the response surface method as follows: reaction time: 2.16 h, reaction temperature: 189.7 ℃ and m(fumarole acid)∶m(rosin)=2.9∶10, acid value of fumarole rosin: 296.45 mg/g. The mathematical model of the acid value of synthetic product against the main process factors was established.
