摘 要:以中国石油吉林石化公司化肥厂8.7 MPa合成氨装置成功实现气化单元高压供料油泵在线切换为依托,描述了合成氨装置气化单元高压供料系统流程设置、顺控联锁逻辑和关键生产运行中的问题,对高压供料油泵在线切换的技术难点、操作风险进行了分析,在此基础上,通过仪控干预等方法,制定解决方案和过程风险管控措施,一次性实现了高压供料油泵成功切换。气化系统高压供料油泵在线切换技术的应用,进一步提高了劣质油气化工艺装置核心转动设备运行的安全性、可靠性和经济性,消除了高压供料油泵停车倒泵风险,降低了停车过程能、物耗损失,为合成氨行业装置提高运行周期,实现高效优化运行提供了重要的理论和实践依据。Based on the successful realization of online switching of high-pressure feed pump in gasification unit of 8.7 MPa ammonia plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company of Petro China, we report the process setting, sequence control interlock logic and key production and operation bottlenecks of high-pressure feed pump in gasification unit of synthetic ammonia plant in detail. The technical difficulties and operational risks of on-line switching of high-pressure feed pump were completely studied so that through logical intervention and other means, targeted development of solutions and process risk control measures, safe and secure one-time realization of high-pressure feed pump were switched. The successful application of on-line switching technology of high-pressure feed oil pump in gasification system further improves the safety, reliability and economy of core rotating equipment of inferior oil gasification process unit, eliminates the risk of high-pressure feed pump shutdown and pump switching, reduces the loss of energy and material consumption during shutdown and provides important theoretical and practical basis for improving the operation cycle of domestic ammonia plants and realizing efficient and optimized operation.
