摘 要:通过右旋聚乳酸(PDLA)与聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)熔融共混,制备PDLA/PPC共混材料,分析PPC的含量对PDLA/PPC的结晶性能、热学性能、力学性能以及光学性能的影响。结果表明:当PPC加入量不超过30%,PDLA与PPC具有良好的相容性,且PPC对PDLA的结晶无影响。PPC的加入使PDLA/PPC的起始分解温度由230℃升至285℃,分解温度逐渐下降。PPC与PDLA的结构不同引起低散射因子(q)处的散射强度增加。PDLA/PPC共混材料的抗冲击强度与断裂伸长率均随PPC含量的增加而先升高后降低,当PPC加入量为30%,PDLA/PPC的冲击强度与断裂伸长率达到最大值,分别为6 601 J/m^(2)、519.17%,其冲击断面表面呈现牵拉成丝的状态。PDLA/PPC保持优异的光学性能,其透过率在92.2%~93.3%范围内。Poly(d-lactic acid)/poly propylene carbonate(PDLA/PPC) blends were prepared by melt blending of PDLA and PPC. The effects of the change of PPC content on the crystallization property, thermal property, mechanical properties and optical property of PDLA/PPC were analyzed. The results show that when the content of PPC is less than 30%, PDLA and PPC has good compatibility, and the addition of PPC has no effect on the crystallization of PDLA. The additions of PPC increase the initial decomposition temperature of PDLA/PPC from 230 ℃ to 285 ℃, and gradually decrease the decomposition temperature. The different structures of PPC and PDLA lead to the increasing of scattering intensity at low scattering factor(q). The impact strength and elongation at break of PDLA/PPC blends first increase then decrease with the increasing of PPC content. When the content of PPC is 30%, the impact strength and elongation at break of PDLA/PPC blend reach the maximum, which are 6 601 J/m^(2) and 519.17%, respectively, and the surface of the impact section show a state of being drawn into silk. PDLA/PPC blends maintain excellent optical properties with transmittance ranging from 92.2% to 93.3%.
