摘 要:以聚丙烯(PP)为原料,与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)合成PP/EVA复合材料,再加入改性前后的芦苇纤维、玄武岩纤维、碳纤维、水镁石纤维和硅灰石纤维等合成PP/EVA/纤维复合材料,并对复合材料进行表征。结果表明:EVA质量分数为20%时,PP/EVA的冲击强度是纯PP材料的3.5倍。芦苇纤维含量为30%时,PP/EVA/AW的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别为26.95 MPa、40.36 MPa和8.69 kJ/m^(2),较PP/EVA/NW分别提升14.1%、3.5%和44.6%。水镁石纤维加入量为10%,改善复合材料力学性能效果最好。加入改性后水镁石纤维的复合材料(PP/EVA/SiS)流动性能和疏水性能比PP/EVA材料提升33.8%和11.8%。酸刻蚀和硅烷偶联剂改性双重作用可以增大纤维与PP/EVA的接触面积,增强复合材料的力学性能。芦苇纤维是否经过预处理对PP/EVA/纤维的热稳定性影响较小,而添加玄武岩和水镁石纤维可以显著提高复合材料的热稳定性。综上所述,添加改性后水镁石纤维对PP/EVA复合材料的性能改善效果最好。PP/EVA composites were synthesized with polypropylene(PP) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA).PP/EVA/fiber composites were synthesized by adding reed fiber, basalt fiber, carbon fiber, brucite fiber and wollastonite fiber before and after modification and the obtained composites were characterized. The results show that the impact strength of EVA is 3.5 times that of pure PP when the EVA mass fraction is 20%. The tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of PP/EVA/AW are 26.95 MPa, 40.36 MPa and 8.69 kJ/m^(2), respectively, which are 14.1%, 3.5% and44.6% higher than those of PP/EVA/NW, respectively. 10% of the brucite fiber has the best effect on improving the mechanical properties of the composites. Compared with PP/EVA, the flowability and hydrophobic properties of modified brucite fiber composites(PP/EVA/SiS) are increased by 33.8% and 11.8%. The double action of acid etching and silane coupling agent modification can increase the contact area between fiber and PP/EVA and enhance the mechanical properties of the composites. Pretreatment of reed fiber has little effect on the thermal stability of PP/EVA/fiber, while adding basalt and brucite fiber can significantly improve the thermal stability of the composites. In summary, the addition of modified brucite fiber has the best effect on the performance improvement of PP/EVA composites.
