摘　　要：以百里香油和柠檬精油为原料,研究不同精油及精油含量对聚乳酸/聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯(PLA/PBAT)共混膜的影响。结果表明:百里香油和柠檬精油的加入显著改善PLA/PBAT薄膜的抗紫外性能,柠檬精油的含量为10%,PLA/PBAT/柠檬精油的紫外线透光率为67%。加入精油后,PLA/PBAT薄膜的拉伸强度略有降低,而断裂伸长率升高。柠檬精油复合薄膜比百里香油复合薄膜具有更好的抗菌性能。PLA/PBAT/柠檬精油(10%)复合薄膜使大肠杆菌的生长从6.5 lg(CFU/m L)降至4.4 lg(CFU/m L)。PLA/PBAT/柠檬精油(10%)复合薄膜对大肠杆菌生物膜生长的抑制率达到77.6%。精油的加入对PLA/PBAT的热稳定性影响不大。因此,柠檬精油复合薄膜具有良好的紫外线阻隔性、抗菌性、生物膜抑制性和热稳定性能,是一种具有潜力的活性包装材料。With thyme oil and lemon essential oil as raw materials, the effects of different essential oils and essential oil contents on PLA/PBAT blend films were studied. The results show that the addition of thyme oil and lemon essential oil significantly improves the UV resistance of PLA/PBAT film. The content of lemon essential oil is 10%, and the UV transmittance of PLA/PBAT/lemon essential oil is 67%. After adding essential oil, the tensile strength of PLA/PBAT films decrease slightly, while the elongation at break of PLA/PBAT films increase. Lemon essential oil composite films have better antibacterial properties than thyme oil composite films. PLA/PBAT/lemon essential oil(10%) film reduces the growth of E. coli from 6.5 lg(CFU/m L) to 4.4 lg(CFU/m L). The inhibition rate of PLA/PBAT/lemon essential oil(10%)film on the growth of E.coli biofilm reaches 77.6%. The addition of essential oil has little effect on the thermal stability of PLA/PBAT. Therefore, lemon essential oil composite film has good UV barrier, antibacterial, biofilm inhibition and thermal stability, and is a potential active packaging material.
