摘 要:LNG(液化天然气)运输船在过驳作业中会产生大量的BOG(闪蒸气),如果处理不当将会造成LNG产品的损耗和环境污染,在中国"双碳"背景下如何实现过驳作业中的零BOG排放及剩余BOG回收等变得尤为重要。首先针对LNG船对船过驳作业中BOG生成的原因进行总结分析,得到BOG生成量的主要控制参数:LNG船型及船容、装卸载压力及装载速率。随后对过驳作业中的BOG生成量进行计算,分析了不同船型在过驳作业中产生的BOG量与装卸船舶的操作压力及装载速率之间的关系,结果表明:随着装载压力与卸载压力差值的增大,BOG生成量随之降低;而装载速率对BOG生成量的影响则与装载压力的大小有关,当装载压力较小时,装载速率越大则BOG生成量越大;反之,当装载压力较大时,装载速率越大则BOG生成量越小;船型对过驳作业中产生的BOG量的影响体现在:卸载船与装载船之间的船舱容量差越大,则其BOG生成量也随之增大。最后针对不同船型的过驳作业给出了实际操作建议及LNG装载船BOG回收方案的配置建议。本文研究为LNG船对船过驳作业中BOG生成量的控制提供了参考。A large amount of BOG(boil-off gas) will be generated by LNG(liquefied natural gas) carrier during ship to ship transfer operation.If it is not handled properly,the loss of LNG products and environmental pollution will be caused.To achieve China’s carbon peak and neutrality goals,it is particularly important to realize zero BOG emission and residual BOG recycling during ship to ship transfer operation.In this paper,the causes of BOG generation in LNG ship to ship transfer operation are summarized and analyzed at first,and the main control parameters of BOG generation are obtained:LNG shipboard and capacity,loading and unloading pressures and loading rate.Then,the BOG generated in the transfer operation is calculated,and the relationship between the BOG generated by different shipboards in transfer operation and the operating pressure and loading rate of loading and unloading ships is analyzed.The results show that the BOG generation decreases with the increase of the difference between loading and unloading pressures.The effect of loading rate on BOG generation is related to the loading pressure.When the loading pressure is low,BOG generation increases with loading rate increases.On the contrary,when the loading pressure is high,BOG generation decreases with loading rate increases.The influence of shipboard on BOG generation in transfer operation is shown as:the larger the cabin capacity difference between unloading and loading ships,the greater the BOG generation is.Finally,practical operation suggestions for the transfer operation of different shipboards and configuration suggestions for BOG recycling in LNG loading ships are given.This study provides a reference for the control of BOG generation in LNG ship to ship transfer operation.
