摘 要:试验旨在研究不同精料水平饲粮对青海藏绵羊背最长肌抗氧化性能以及肌红蛋白含量的影响。选取150只体况良好、体重(22.00±0.49)kg的3月龄藏母羊,随机分为5组,分别为70%组(精粗比70∶30)、60%组(精粗比60∶40)、50%组(精粗比50∶50)、40%组(精粗比40∶60)和30%组(精粗比30∶70),每组5个重复,每个重复6只羊。预试期10 d,正式试验期90 d。结果表明,60%组藏母羊肌红蛋白(Mb)浓度显著高于40%组和30%组(P<0.05),60%组藏母羊氧合肌红蛋白(MbO2)含量显著高于70%组(P<0.05),40%组和30%组藏母羊脱氧肌红蛋白(DeoMb)、高铁肌红蛋白(MetMb)含量均显著高于60%组和50%组(P<0.05)。60%组藏母羊肌肉超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显高于70%组、40%组和30%组(P<0.05),60%组藏母羊肌肉总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于其他4组(P<0.05),30%组藏母羊肌肉丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于60%组和50%组(P<0.05)。研究表明,适宜的精料水平饲粮能够明显增强藏羊肌肉抗氧化能力,有效提高其肌红蛋白含量,且以精粗比60∶40的饲粮为宜。The experiment was to study the effect of diets with different concentrate levels on antioxidant performance and myoglobin content of longissimus dorsi muscle of Qinghai Tibetan sheep. 150 3-month-old Tibetan sheep with similar body weight of(22.00±0.49) kg were randomly divided into five groups, 70% group(concentrate to roughage ratio 70∶30), 60% group(concentrate to roughage ratio 60∶40), 50% group(concentrate to roughage ratio 50∶50),40% group(concentrate to roughage ratio 40∶ 60) and 30% group(concentrate to roughage ratio 30∶ 70), with five replicates in each group and six sheep in each replicate. The pre-test period was 10 d, and the experiment lasted for 90 d.The results showed that the concentration of myoglobin(Mb) in 60% group was significantly higher than that in40% group and 30% group(P<0.05), the content of oxygenated myoglobin(MbO2) in 60% group was significantly higher than that in 70% group(P<0.05), deoxymyoglobin(DeoMb) and ferrimyoglobin(MetMb) in 40% group and 30% group were significantly higher than that in 60% group and 50% group(P<0.05). The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and catalase(CAT) in 60% group were significantly higher than those in 70% group,40% group and 30% group(P<0.05). The content of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in 60% group was significantly higher than that in the other four groups(P<0.05), and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in 30% group was significantly higher than that in 60% group and50% group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the appropriate concentrate level diet can significantly enhance the muscle antioxidant capacity of Tibetan sheep and effectively improve the related content of myoglobin, and the diet with the ratio of concentrate to roughage of 60∶40 is appropriate.
