摘  要:试验旨在研究饲料中添加复合微生物对肉鸡舍中NH;和H;S浓度的影响。选取40日龄三黄肉鸡2 400只,随机分成30组(25个试验组和5个对照组),每组4个重复,每重复20只鸡,对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中按照1 000 mg/kg (0.1%)剂量添加不同配比复合微生物。试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,酵母菌+枯草芽孢杆菌(1∶1)、酵母菌+枯草芽孢杆菌+乳酸片球菌(1∶1∶1)、酵母菌+枯草芽孢杆菌+乳酸片球菌+双歧杆菌(2∶2∶2∶1)和酵母菌+枯草芽孢杆菌+乳酸片球菌+双歧杆菌+粪肠球菌(2∶2∶2∶1∶2)组合可以有效降低鸡粪中NH;和H;S浓度(P<0.05);试验组间相比,以酵母菌+枯草芽孢杆菌+乳酸片球菌+双歧杆菌(2∶2∶2∶1)组合效果最显著(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加一定配比的复合微生物能够有效降低肉鸡鸡舍中有害气体浓度。The experiment was to investigate the effect of compound microorganism in the feed on the concentration of NH;and H;S in broiler’s house. 2 400 40-day-old Sanhuang broiler were selected and randomly divided into 30 groups(25 experiment groups and 5 control groups), with four replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate. The chickens in control group were fed with basal diet, and the chickens in experimental groups were fed with basal diet supplied 1 000 mg/kg(0.1%) of different mixture ratio of microorganisms. The results showed that compared with the control group, the concentration of NH;and H;S in broiler manure can be effectively reduced by feding the basal diet supplied Saccharomyces cerevisiae + Bacillus subtilis(1∶1), Saccharomyces cerevisiae + Bacillus subtilis + Pediococcus acidilactici(1∶ 1∶ 1), Saccharomyces cerevisiae + Bacillus subtilis + Pediococcus acidilactici + Bifidobacterium(2∶ 2∶ 2∶ 1) and Saccharomy cescerevisiae + Bacillussubtilis + Pediococcus acidilactici + Bifidobacterium +Enterococcus faecalis(2∶2∶2∶1∶2) in experimental groups(P<0.05), and the best intervention effect was seen in Saccharomyces cerevisiae + Bacillus subtilis + Pediococcus acidilactici + Bifidobacterium(2∶2∶2∶1)(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the concentration of harmful gas in broilers house can be effectively reduced by feding certain proportion compound microorganism.
