乳牙根管治疗患儿心理护理的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察心理护理对接受乳牙根管治疗患儿临床效果。方法选择医院在2019年12月—2021年6月期间收治的乳牙根管患儿66例为研究对象,依据组间匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取心理护理。分析比较两组的治疗依从性、疼痛程度及恐惧程度评分、家长满意度。结果观察组患儿治疗依从性高于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组疼痛程度以及恐惧程度评分低于对照组,家长满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对乳牙根管治疗的患儿影响明显,可以减轻疼痛和恐惧的负面感受,提升家长满意度。Objective To observation the effect of psychological nursing on children undergoing root canal therapy of deciduous teeth. Methods A total of 66 children with root canal of deciduous teeth admitted to hospital from December 2019 to June 2021. According to the principle of matching between groups, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received psychological nursing. The treatment compliance, pain and fear scores and parental satisfaction were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the groups(P >0.05);The scores of pain and fear in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of parents was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing has a significant impact on children undergoing root canal therapy of deciduous teeth, which can reduce the negative feelings of pain and fear and improve the satisfaction of parents.
