前庭康复训练改善良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位后残余症状的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析前庭康复训练对良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者复位后残余症状的改善情况。方法选取60例良性阵发性位置性眩晕且经手法复位后伴残余症状的患者,将患者根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用前庭康复训练治疗,对照组则予健康宣教。比较患者治疗前后的眩晕残障程度量表(DHI)和Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分情况。结果经比较,治疗4周后治疗组DHI评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组BBS评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前庭康复训练能够改善BPPV患者残余症状,提高患者的平衡能力,促进前庭功能恢复,临床疗效确切,而且经济实用,值得推广和进一步研究。Objective To explore the improvement of residual symptoms after reduction in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)by vestibular rehabilitation training.Methods Sixty patients who suffered from BPPV and were successful in the reduction of calculus in our hospital were observed.According to the random number table method,they were equally divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with vestibular rehabilitation training,while the control group was given health education.The dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores before and after treatment were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the DHI score of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the BBS score of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vestibular rehabilitation training can improve the residual symptoms of BPPV patients,improve the balance ability of patients,and promote the recovery of vestibular function.The clinical effect of vestibular rehabilitation training is exact,and it is economic and practical,which is worthy of promotion and further research.
