摘  要:昆明春之眼商业中心主塔外框巨柱尺寸达707 mm×4489 mm×2880 mm×2722 mm×4811 mm,采用1节两层分片安装,两层最大层高为10.6 m,属高抛自密实混凝土浇筑范畴。正式浇筑巨柱前在现场制作1∶1模型巨柱,研究混凝土配合比,模拟施工工况下高抛自密实混凝土的浇筑质量,根据研究结果确定以混凝土对巨柱钢管壁的侧压应力、核心混凝土收缩应力测试作为质量可靠性指标,用于判定混凝土的综合浇筑质量。The size of external frame huge column of the main tower of Kunming Eyes of Spring Commercial Center is 707 mm×4489 mm×2880 mm×2722 mm×4811 mm.The column construction was divided into different pieces with one piece on two storeys.The maximum height between two storeys is 10.6 m and this is high-dropping self-compacting concrete casting construction.Before the huge column concrete casting,1∶1 model column was made on site to study the concrete mixing proportion and to simulate the casting quality of high-dropping self-compacting concrete under the construction condition.Based on the study results,it was determined to take the side pressure of concrete on huge column steel pipe wall and core concrete shrinkage stress as reliable quality indices and to determine the overall concrete casting quality.
