摘　　要：春之眼商业中心项目塔楼为钢骨核心筒+巨柱外框架结构,在塔楼外框内安装1台ZSL2700大型动臂塔式起重机,塔楼结构施工至12层后,需通过安装屋面起重机进行拆除,在屋面安装3台屋面起重机进行转换拆除。对剪力墙加固梁、基础埋件及基础钢梁进行研究,在保证结构自身质量的前提下,满足了塔式起重机安拆安全需求。The tower building of Eye of Spring Commercial Center project is of steel core tube and huge column external frame structure.One piece of ZSL2700 large luffing jib tower crane was erected in the outside frame of the tower building.Roof crane would be installed to dismantle the existing tower crane when 12th floor was built,and three roof cranes were erected.This paper studied the shear wall reinforced beam,foundation embedded component and foundation steel beam to guarantee the structure quality first and then to satisfy the requirement for safe tower dismantlement.
