摘　　要：为了解决空管系统薪酬改革、提升管理职能部门效率,推进智慧空管进程,提出了基于数据融合的民航空管薪酬管理系统的建设方案。以数据融合、业务融合为核心,建设空管系统人力资源薪酬管理系统。该系统的建设、推广以及应用解决了分局职工在薪酬核算点多面广、工资结构项目多、核算难等问题。打通了部门间信息壁垒,提高了办事效率和服务质量,为民航空管系统人事部门信息化建设提供参考。In order to solve the problem of insufficient interaction between the existing systems and the problem of data island between different departments,this paper proposes an"Internet+"human resources management system construction scheme.It took data fusion and business integration as the core.With the help of Internet information technology,it built a human resources online service hall through the integration of online performance system,online approval system,online application system,inquiry system and other information systems.The result shows that the promotion and application of the human resources online service solves the problems of difficulty.It improves the efficiency of work and service quality,realizes diversified and all-round innovative services,and thus providing reference for the construction of human resource in Civil Aviation Administration of China.
