摘　　要：程序进行加密保护,对提高程序的安全性防止源代码泄露,保障开发者合法权益具有重要的现实意义。介绍了工控自动化行业一些常用的PLC程序使用期限控制方法及其不足之处,并基于威纶通触摸屏提出了一种完全采宏指令脚本编程生成动态随机密码和一机一码永久密码对程序使用期限分期控制的方法,不仅可以避免对PLC逻辑程序的干涉,减轻对被控设备对象的影响,而且在合同约定范围内对防止程序破解盗用、协助成套设备厂家结算工程款有较好的辅助作用,具有较高的实用价值。Program encryption protection has important practical significance to prevent source code leakage and improve the security of the program,also protect the legitimate rights and interests of program developers.This paper introduces some common PLC program lifetime control methods and their shortcomings in industrial control automation industry,and based on the touch screen of weinview,puts forward a method to control the program lifetime by using macro script programming to generate dynamic random password and one machine one code permanent password,which can not only avoid the interference of PLC logic program and reduce the influence on the controlled equipment,but also help to prevent program cracking and embezzlement and assist the equipment manufacturer to settle the project funds within the scope of the contract,which has high practical value.
