摘  要:火电机组参与灵活调峰时,负荷、煤量等参数剧烈波动,运行设备的非线性增强,控制系统的调节精度和控制品质降低。发展稳定性良好、适配度高的优化控制策略可提高控制系统的鲁棒性和抗扰能力,以智能算法建立动态优化模型,采用Modbus协议建立数据通讯,将模型计算结果传至DCS控制逻辑的智能优化数据接口中,并协助控制系统执行机构的调节过程,以此抑制干扰参数对控制系统的影响,为便于智能控制策略的应用,设计并开发智能控制在线实时分析及监测系统。结果表明,优化模型提高了控制系统的响应能力和控制品质,实时监测系统为现场运行人员提供了可靠的指导意见,提高了机组的自动化水平。When thermal power units participate in flexible peak shaving,parameters such as load and coal quantity fluctuate drastically,the nonlinearity of operating equipment is enhanced,and the adjustment accuracy and control quality of the control system are reduced.The development of optimized control strategies with good stability and high adaptability can improve the robustness and anti-disturbance ability of the control system.This paper uses intelligent algorithms to establish a dynamic optimization model,uses the Modbus protocol to establish data communication,and transfers the model calculation results to data interface of the the logical intelligent optimization in DCS control,it assists in the adjustment process of the control system actuator to suppress the influence of interference parameters on the control system.In order to facilitate the application of intelligent control strategies,an intelligent control online real-time analysis and monitoring system is developed.The results show that the optimized model improves the responsiveness and control quality of the control system,and the real-time monitoring system provides reliable guidance for on-site operators and improves the automation level of the unit.
