摘 要:中小型养虾户投喂虾的环节体力劳动繁重,自动化程度低。智能养虾投料机利用UG实现整机3D仿真测试,采用PLC作为控制器完成数据采集和电机控制,利用MCGS实现人机交互。该智能养虾投料机经济实惠,操作便捷。养殖户可以通过触摸屏操作,选择对应养殖虾的品种,完成定时、定量投喂;同时可以实时监测虾塘温度、pH值、溶氧等数据并显示在屏上,以便虾农掌握养殖情况,完成绿色高质环保养虾。仿真测试表明,该系统运行稳定,能满足虾农的主要需求,将在很大程度上节约劳动力,提高生产率。Small and medium-sized shrimp farmers in the process of feeding shrimp,physical labor is heavy,low degree of automation.The intelligent shrimp feeding machine uses UG to realize the whole machine 3D simulation test,uses PLC as the controller to complete the data acquisition and motor control,uses MCGS to realize man-machine interaction.The intelligent shrimp feeding machine is economical and convenient to operate.Farmers can select the corresponding breed of shrimp through the touch screen operation to complete the timing and quantitative feeding.At the same time,it can monitor the temperature,pH value,dissolved oxygen and other data of shrimp pond in real time and display them on the screen,so that shrimp farmers can master the aquaculture situation and complete green,high-quality and environmentally friendly shrimp cultivation.The simulation test shows that the system runs stably and can meet the main needs of shrimp farmers.It will save labor force and improve productivity to a great extent.
