摘　　要：基于西安某航天技术应用产业公司科研生产需求,运用PID和梯形图控制原理,搭建以西门子S7-300 PLC为控制平台,运用组态王上位软件实现可视化操作的原丝生产控制系统,满足工厂生产线个性化定制需求,并作为工业控制典型案例为行业提供借鉴。This project is designed for an aerospace technology application industry company from Xi’an,applying PID and ladder diagram control theory,building S7-300 PLC control platform,using Kingview software to visualize precursor fiber production control system,which meets the custom requirements of factory production line,and provides reference for other peers.
