摘 要:现代工业中,随着对生产工艺、能源以及用电环境等方面要求的不断提高,人们不断探索新的理论,设计新型的设备。在动力传动过程中,大多数生产过程都要求精密的直线运动,直线电机发展显得尤为重要。圆筒型横向磁通直线开关磁阻电机的结构简单、性能稳定,所以具有现实研究意义。主要设计了一个圆筒型横向磁通直线开关磁阻电机,通过对比分析和相关计算,改变电机的结构参数设置,得到一个结构比较完善的圆筒型横向磁通直线开关磁阻电机,通过JMAG有限元分析仿真对电机的推力波形分析来对电机本体进行优化,有效改善电机本体输出推力的均值,最终得到一个完善的圆筒型横向磁通直线开关磁阻电机模型,最后仿真分析得到该电机的损耗。In modern industry,with the continuous improvement of production technology,energy and electricity environment,people keep exploring new theory and designing new type of equipment.In the process of power transmission,most of the production process requires precision linear motion,so the development of linear motor is particularly important.The structure of cylinder type transverse flux linear switching reluctance motor is simple and stable,so it has practical research significance.This paper mainly designs a cylindrical transverse flux linear switched reluctance motor,by comparison and calculation,the structure of the motor is changed,and a relatively perfect cylindrical transverse flux linear switched reluctance motor is obtained,and the motor’s main body is optimized by JMAG analysis and simulation.The output thrust mean of the motor is improved effectively,and finally a perfect model of the cylindrical linear switched reluctance motor is obtained,and the loss of the motor is finally simulated and analyzed.
