摘 要:为给柠檬醛型黄樟(Cinnamomum porrectum)无性繁殖提供参考,以柠檬醛型黄樟2年生扦插苗半木质化枝条为材料,筛选最适宜的消毒时间和采集时间,研究生长调节剂对柠檬醛型黄樟茎段萌芽、组培苗增殖和生根的影响。结果表明,5月中旬采集半木质化枝条,剪取成带1~2个芽的茎段,用0.1%的HgCl2消毒5 min,茎段的萌芽率最高,污染率较低,褐化率最低。茎段的萌芽最适培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L IBA,萌芽率为70%;最适增殖培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L IBA,增殖系数为3.55。组培苗生根培养11天,基部开始出现不定根,NAA诱导的生根效果优于IBA,最适生根培养基为1/2 MS+1.5 mg/L NAA,生根率为95%。通过炼苗,移栽成活率达到91.33%。In order to provide reference for asexual propagation of Cinnamomum porrectum,taking semi-lignified branches from 2-year-old C.porrectum cuttage seedlings as materials,the best disinfection time and collection time for explants were selected,and effects of growth regulators on germination of stem segment,plantlet proliferation and rooting of C.porrectum were studied.Results showed that germination rate of stem segment with 1-2 buds from semi-lignified branches was the highest with the lowest browning rate and lower pollution rate after 0.1%HgCl2 disinfected for 5 min in mid-May.Optimal medium for germination of stem segment was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L IBA with germination rate of 70%.Optimal medium for multiplication was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L IBA with multiplication coefficient of 3.55.Adventitious roots began to appear on the 11th day of rooting culture,and NAA was better than IBA in rooting of C.porrectum.Optimal medium for rooting was 1/2 MS+1.5 mg/L NAA with rooting rate of 95%.Survival rate could reach 91.33%through training of seedlings.
