摘 要:为提高格氏栲(Castanopsis kawakamii)种子出苗率和促进苗木生长,开展格氏栲种子胚根长度和胚根切除试验,研究其对出苗率和苗木生长的影响。结果表明,不切胚根处理中,胚根长2.1~3.0 cm的出苗率最高,苗木生长最好,出苗率、地径、苗高、主根长度和≥5 cm侧根数分别为90.33%、0.34 cm、16.47 cm、20.20 cm和4.10条;切胚根处理中,胚根3.0 cm切除1.0 cm处理的出苗率最高,苗木生长最好,出苗率、地径、苗高和≥5 cm侧根数分别为90.38%、0.38 cm、17.08 cm和6.15条。格氏栲种子催芽后,待胚根生长至3.0 cm时,统一切除1.0 cm后进行播种,有利于促进苗木侧根萌发与生长。In order to improve emergence rate of seeds and seedling growth of Castanopsis kawakamii,effects of radicle lengths and radicle cutting on emergence rate of seeds and seedling growth were investigated.Results showed that 2.1~3.0 cm radicle length had the highest emergence rate and seedling growth was the best in non-cutting radicle treatment.Emergence rate,ground diameter,seedling height,length of main root,and number of lateral roots≥5 cm were 90.33%,0.34 cm,16.47 cm,20.20 cm and 4.10 strips,respectively.Treatment of 3.0 cm radicle cutting 1.0 cm had the highest emergence rate and seedling growth was the best in cutting radicle treatment.Emergence rate,ground diameter,seedling height,and number of lateral roots≥5 cm were 90.38%,0.38 cm,17.08 cm and 6.15 strips,respectively.After germination of C.kawakamii seeds,when radicle grew to 3 cm,seeds were sown after uniform excision of 1.0 cm,which promoted germination and growth of lateral roots of seedlings.
