摘 要:内燃机连杆结构较为复杂,在工作过程中易受交变负荷的影响,提升解燃机连杆工作可靠性,可有效避免诸多不确定因素的影响。在计算机技术支持下,逐步优化了内燃机零部件结构设计,进一步提升了内燃机连杆始终处于合理强度和刚度下。基于此,本文就内燃机连杆运动和载荷进行分析,重点研究了连杆优化设计,对内燃机连杆组成、优化设计等内容进行探讨,旨在不断提高内燃机的运行性能。The structure of the connecting rod of internal combustion engine is complex,which is susceptible to the influence of alternating loads in the working process.Improving the working reliability of the connecting rod of gas turbine can effectively avoid the influence of many uncertain factors.With the support of computer technology,the structural design of internal combustion engine parts is gradually optimized,and the connecting rod of internal combustion engine is further improved under the reasonable strength and stiffness.Based on this,this paper analyzes the motion and load of the connecting rod of internal combustion engine,focuses on the optimization design of the connecting rod,and discusses the composition and optimization design of the connecting rod of internal combustion engine,aiming at improving the operation performance of internal combustion engine.
